DELETE ACCOUNT
Google Play and the App Store require a clear way to delete your Limbu account and data. Use the in-app control, or request deletion by email at pratik@leadturtle.tech.
01 · DELETE IN THE APP (FASTEST)
1. Open Limbu and sign in. 2. Go to Settings. 3. Tap DELETE ACCOUNT. 4. Confirm.
Deletion starts immediately. You are signed out and cannot use that Limbu account again.
02 · DELETE BY EMAIL (NO APP NEEDED)
If you cannot open the app, email us from the address on the account:
Subject: Delete my Limbu account Include: the email you used to sign in (Google or Apple) and your public handle if you remember it.
We will verify you own the account and complete deletion within 7 days. You will get a confirmation reply.
03 · WHAT WE DELETE
We stop the account, strip personal fields (name, email, handle, push tokens), revoke sessions, and sign you out. Firebase Auth credentials tied to Limbu are removed when the in-app flow completes.
04 · WHAT MAY REMAIN
Anonymous gameplay rows (scores without your name or email) may stay so historical leaderboards and fairness checks do not break. Invite emails you typed for friends are not reused.
05 · AFTER DELETION
You can create a new Limbu account later with the same Google or Apple sign-in. It starts fresh — old XP, ranks and handles do not come back.
