TERMS
These terms are the contract for using Limbu. If you do not agree, do not create an account.
01 · THE GAME
Limbu is a free-to-play pixel puzzle platformer from LeadTurtle. You clear rooms, answer door puzzles, earn XP, coins and badges, and compare scores. Rooms can end in a fall, a flood or a crush. That is the game. We may change, pause or retire features.
02 · ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are 13–17, you confirm a parent or guardian agrees to these terms on your behalf.
03 · ACCOUNTS
Guest progress lives on a guest account until you link Apple or Google. If you delete the app before linking, a guest save cannot be recovered. One person, one account. Pick a handle you are willing to see on a public board. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms, cheat, or abuse other players.
04 · LICENCE
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to install and play Limbu on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial play. You may not sell the app, scrape it, reverse engineer it, or wrap it in another product. The Press Start 2P font stays under the SIL Open Font License — see LICENSE.
05 · XP, COINS AND RANKS
XP, coins, badges and ranks are virtual. They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed. We do not currently sell in-app purchases; if that changes, those purchases will follow the store’s refund rules.
06 · ADS
Limbu is free because it shows ads. Some rewards are offered for watching an optional ad. Ads are served by Google AdMob; see the Privacy policy for the data they use.
07 · FAIR PLAY
Scores are checked on the server. Runs that are impossible (too fast, locked rooms, edited clients) earn nothing. Repeated abuse can remove an account from the boards. The Fair Play rules are part of these terms.
08 · INVITES AND RIVALS
Only invite people you know, using an address they actually use. Do not use Limbu to spam. Following another player does not require their acceptance; they can drop you.
09 · NO WARRANTY
The app is provided as it runs. Rooms, rewards and puzzles may change. Limbu is a game, not a teaching product or a guarantee of skill.
10 · LIABILITY
To the fullest extent allowed by law, LeadTurtle is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost XP, ranks or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to Limbu is limited to INR 1,000 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, whichever is greater (currently the app is free).
11 · ENDING THE ACCOUNT
You can delete your account any time in Settings → DELETE ACCOUNT. We can suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms.
12 · LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief anywhere to protect the service.
